Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bowls
For the Bowl
- 1 medium-sized apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2% fat
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon nut butter, melted
- 1/4 cup yogurt, non-fat vanilla

In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Top with cinnamon.
Add your favorite mix-in's or enjoy as-is. Eat immediately or store in your refrigerator until ready to eat.
