Ingredients

For the Bowl

  • 1 medium-sized apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2% fat
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Suggested Mix-Ins

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, non-fat vanilla

Instructions

In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Top with cinnamon.
