Apple cider affogato in a glass

Apple Cider Affogato

“Affogato” means “drowned” in Italian. It is usually a scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream topped (or, “drowned”) with hot espresso. We’ve updated it for fall by using warm apple cider in place of the espresso. “Delizioso!”
