UDIM Appoints New Director of Marketing & Communications
It is with great pleasure to announce that our very own talented and tenacious Sarah Woodside will be stepping into a new role for the organization as Director of Marketing & Communications.
Sarah, formerly the Director of Communications, has been with UDIM for the past four years and has not only contributed to, but led her team, executing UDIM’s communications strategy. The success that communications has shown has undoubtedly been due to the precision that she puts into building her team and fostering their creativity and growth. It is that outlook that has allowed her, and the team, to see success in growing the social media influencers to a staggering 26 in total. These influencers including Stef Turner (@stefmturner), one of our mom influencers who lives with her family on a crop farm in Williamston and Jake Vedder (@jake_vedder), Olympic snowboarder help share the good story of dairy.
Sarah not only takes pride in coaching her team but contributes to UDIM holistically. Although Sarah would say she’s no expert in IT, she eagerly stepped in to manage IT (helpdesk, equipment management, technology trouble shooting, etc.) for the organization when there was a need. Sarah will now be able to place her talents and focus on the future of Marketing & Communications on behalf of Michigan dairy farmers.
