Frank Ragnow
Our new Fuel Up to Play 60 Ambassador is Frank Ragnow, a center for the Detroit Lions! The Minnesota native was a first round draft pick in 2018 and played for the University of Arkansas prior to the NFL. Frank is passionate about supporting feeding programs for his community and youth.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Frank donated $10,000 to Gleaners Community Food Bank in Michigan. In 2016, Frank lost his father to a heart attack. Since then Frank has had a passion for helping others, especially children, who have had to deal with the loss of a parent. During the 2019 season, Frank took part in the My Cause, My Cleats campaign, to raise awareness for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Frank is also an avid fisherman and gets out on the water any chance he can get! Look for Frank to get out to a dairy farm as soon as he is able. We are excited to welcome him to our team!
