Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt, plain Greek
- juice of one lemon
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground tumeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Fresh parsley, for serving

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt with the lemon juice, garlic, and all of the spices until smooth.
Add the chicken thighs and turn to coat them all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinade-coated chicken pieces on the grill and grill until cooked through, about 12 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a platter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately. Serve with couscous and roasted potatoes on the side, if desired.
