- 3 cups 2% or whole milk
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle stout beer
- 2/3 cup dark chocolate or double chocolate sweetened hot chocolate mix
In a large saucepan, combine milk, stout and hot chocolate mix. Cook, stirring frequently, until hot. Do not boil.
Ladle into four 10- to 12-ounce mugs.
To make in hot cocoa maker: In a 60-ounce hot cocoa maker container, combine milk, stout and hot chocolate mix. Cover and prepare according to manufacturer’s directions for high-speed heat-and-froth. Serve as directed above.
