Recipe: Freezing Sweet Corn
I am excited to share some of the fun we had at the Upper Peninsula State Fair, but first I must freeze my last batch of sweet corn. I can only think of one thing I could add to sweet corn to make it better and more nutritious and that would be delicious dairy products! Here is my awesome new recipe shared with me by a friend.
Freezing Sweet Corn
- 40 cobs of corn, kernels removed (I used my electric knife and it worked like a charm!)
- 1 lb melted butter
- 1 pint half & half
Bake at 350 degrees for an hour, stirring every fifteen minutes. Cool and freeze.
