Keeping Things Clean
Our family enjoys many dinners together around the table. We like to talk about the happenings of the day and just cherish the time being together.
When the meal is finished we load up the dishwasher, put in the soap, shut the door tight and push the wash button.
We do the same sort of thing after every milking in our barn. Our entire milking system is washed and sanitized. The water that runs through the stainless steel piping is 170 degrees to meet state and federal requirements. First everything is rinsed, then washed with a special detergent, then an acid rinse to break down any detergent residue and a final rinse.
Not only is your milk healthy and nutritious, it also only touches sanitary and sparkling clean equipment!
